newsletter broadcasting account setup

The one-off account setup fee of £40 covers getting you onto our email newsletters system, ready for us to start broadcasting your email newsletters.

Subscribe, confirm and unsubscribe pages: we can use generic, non-branded pages or, if you prefer, we can use URLs provided by you (you'll need to get your website designer to build and upload custom pages to your website first)
Forward to a friend page: we'll customise the forward to a friend page with your logo and colour scheme
Subscription form: we'll generate a snippet of HTML code that controls your email newsletter subscription form. We'll send this code to you as a Notepad file, ready for you to forward to your designer for adding into any page of your website
Newsletter archive: we'll also generate a snippet of HTML code that creates a newsletter archive for your website, so your visitors can browse past issues of your newsletter before deciding to subscribe. We'll send this code snippet to you in a Notepad file, ready for you to pass on to your website designer
Confirmation email: we'll edit the text in the confirmation email that your subscribers will receive when they enter their details into your subscription form, to include your choice of welcome message
Delivery and activity reporting: we'll set you up on our email newsletter delivery reporting system, so you'll be able to view reports for your sent campaigns from any computer with an internet connection
Opt-in subscriber list: if you already have an opt-in newsletter mailing list, we'll edit it to ensure it's in the right format, and import it into your account for you
Google Analytics integration: if you have a Google Analytics account, we'll link it to your newsletter account so you can keep an eye on what your subscribers do when they click through from your newsletters to your website

newsletter campaign management

With debbidoo managing your email newsletter campaign broadcasting for you, you're left with more time to run your business and keep your customers happy.

We know you may not want to send a newsletter every month, so our campaign management fee is charged on a per-broadcast basis with no monthly, annual, licensing or hosting fees. You only pay for our fully managed email newsletters service when you actually use it.

Our campaign management fee includes:

List management: we'll manage your opt-in newsletter mailing list for as long as you're with us. So if you collect opt-in email addresses when you run a competition or survey, or if you'd like your mailing list segmented so you can target customers with personalised offers or send different content to subscribers based on their age, gender, location or other demographic, we'll update your maling list for you
Content management: send us your newsletter stories and images by email, and we'll get them into your newsletter template for you, ready for broadcasting. We'll proof read your copy, resize your images to fit the available space in the template, and make sure any links you've provided are working properly
Design and spam testing: once your newsletter's ready to send, we'll run a design and spam test on it to make sure it'll look right in webmail programs, desktop mail clients and mobile mail clients, and is going to get through all the top spam filters (one test per broadcast - additional tests are charged at £5 each)
Newsletter broadcast: when you're happy with your newsletter and the design and spam tests have been passed, we'll broadcast your newsletter for you at a time that suits you - we can broadcast immediately or, if you prefer, we can schedule your newsletter for broadcasting at a future date and time of your preference.

If you're really stuck for time - or ideas - we can also provide content for your newsletter, for a fee of £35 per hour. We're happy to write unique, relevant copy for your newsletter, and source images and videos to illustrate your stories.
